A. Real Estate & Land Sales
- Reservation Fee: The initial booking/reservation fee paid to secure a plot of land is non-refundable, as the property is officially taken off the market for the client.
- Installment Refunds: If a client chooses to withdraw from a purchase after paying installments, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges, legal fees, and brokerage costs, as per the terms of the specific Sale Agreement.
B. Construction & Engineering
- Mobilization & Materials: No refunds shall be issued once construction materials have been purchased or mobilized to the project site.
- Work-in-Progress: In the event of project cancellation by the client, the client is legally obligated to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination, including labor costs and professional consultancy fees.
- Design & Consultancy Fees: Payments made for architectural drawings, 3D designs, and structural engineering reports are non-refundable once the design process has been initiated.
